Read MoreIngredients: For the Brownie Base: 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted 1 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp baking powder For the S’mores Topping: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows Instructions: 1.Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it. 2. In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined, then press the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom of the baking dish. 3. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and whisk until smooth. Stir in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined (don’t overmix). Finally, pour the brownie batter over the graham cracker base and spread it evenly. 4. Bake the brownies for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean. Be careful not to overbake. 5. Once the brownies are baked, sprinkle the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows evenly over the top of the warm brownies. Return the pan to the oven for 3-5 minutes, just until the marshmallows puff up and turn golden. 6. Allow the brownies to cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares. Enjoy your gooey, chocolatey s'mores brownies! Optional: Drizzle some melted chocolate or sprinkle more graham cracker crumbs on top for extra decadence.
