Food Club Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

Easy, tangy, and sure to please, these buffalo chicken meatballs will be a crowdpleaser whether you're gathering to watch a game or a simple neighborhood get-together!

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce, plus extra for brushing
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Chopped fresh green onions, for garnish
- Ranch dressing for serving
Directions:
- Preheat air fryer to 375°. Combine chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, buffalo sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl.
- Portion meat mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Place meatballs about 1/2-inch apart in single layer into air fryer basket lightly coated with cooking spray.
- Air fry until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through, about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from fryer and brush meatballs with additional buffalo sauce. Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot with ranch dressing.
