If you would like to enroll your school for Buddy's School Rewards do the following:
Register for Buddy's School Rewards by filling out the form below.
Download and complete a W9 and send to
care@leesmarketplace.com or fax to 1-435-774-4166 The Buddy's School Rewards coordinator will contact you when received.
Parents
If you are a new Buddy's School Rewards supporter, visit your local store to sign up for a Lee's Rewards account. Signing up for a Lee's Rewards account is easy and can be done at checkout or the customer service booth. Once you have a Lee's Rewards account, you can link it to your school of choice by following these easy steps:
Log in to your Lee's Rewards account at http://leesmarketplace.com/rewards. Select the tab "Buddy's School Rewards". Press the "select" button next to the school or charity you would like to link to your account.
