Chocolate Chip Cookies Shot Glasses
Enjoy your cookies and milk all-in-one with these delicious chocolate chip cookie shot glasses. These may look daunting; however, they are easier than they appear (especially if you have a silicone mold). Gather your family and enjoy filling and eating these delicious edible cups.
Ingredients:
1 package of chocolate chip cookie dough
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 bag chocolate chips
Milk for filling your edible cups
Instructions:
Pre-heat the oven according to the cookie package.
Press your nearly room temperature chocolate chip cookie dough into your silicone cup mold and bake according to package instructions.
While you're waiting for your cookies to bake, heat 1 cup of heavy whipping cream in a saucepan or in the microwave, then pour over chocolate chips and let rest for 1 minute. Once rested, stir until smooth.
Once the cookies have cooked and cooled, fill the inside with your chocolate ganache and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Once cooled, fill with milk and enjoy!
