What you need:
- 4 cup Chicken Broth
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 2 cup frozen diced carrots and peas
- 3 cup uncooked, egg noodles
- 3-5oz. cans chunk chicken, drained
What you do:
- In large saucepan combine broth, seasoning and frozen peas & carrots. Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add noodles and chicken and simmer for 6 minutes or until pasta is tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
