What you need:

  • 4 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 cup frozen diced carrots and peas
  • 3 cup uncooked, egg noodles
  • 3-5oz. cans chunk chicken, drained

What you do:

  • In large saucepan combine broth, seasoning and frozen peas & carrots. Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add noodles and chicken and simmer for 6 minutes or until pasta is tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
